摘要
本文主要探讨自主研发项目实施过程中风险管理的方法和作用。根据自主研发项目的实施情况,结合目前常用的风险管理方法,介绍了自主研发项目实施过程中几种风险类型。项目实施过程的风险管理可为制订减轻风险策略提供参考,为后续预算研发或预备研发项目以及型号项目的顺利开展奠定基础。
This paper mainly discusses the methods and functions of risk management in the implementation process of independent research projects.Combined with common risk management methods, it introduces several types of risk.The risk management in the implementation process of independent research projects can provide a reference for risk mitigation strategies and lay the foundation for the smooth development of budget research projects or model projects.
