高校体育教师胜任特征跨校类别恒等性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:考察高校体育教师胜任特征,建立并检定基底模型,进一步进行测量恒等性研究,以期为相关研究提供一定理论依据。采用行为事件访谈与胜任特征建模相结合的范式,构建高校体育教师胜任特征模型。运用团体焦点访谈、测验编制、第2校标样本评价等方法对高校体育教师胜任特征模型进行了专家效度、构想效度、同时效标效度的验证。在此基础上,分别以普通高等学校体育教师和普通高等体育院校体育教师为调查对象,进行跨校类别恒等性检定。结果表明:1)高校体育教师胜任特征模型包括8个因子:教学策略、批判思维、创新、成就、专注、逻辑分析、尊重和社会服务意识;2)焦点访谈专家效度、构想效度和同时校标效度三重检验表明,高校体育教师胜任特征模型效度较为理想;3)《高校体育教师胜任特征问卷》具有较好的跨校类别恒等性,可作为相关领域的研究工具,亦可为相关教师自评自励之用。 Objective: The purpose of this paper is to investigate the competency of physical education teachers in colleges and universities,establish and test the baseline model,and further study the measurement invariance,in order to provide a theoretical basis for relevant researches. Behavioral Event Interview(BEI) and competency modeling paradigm were integrated to construct the Competency Model of University Sports Teachers. Group focus interviews,test preparation and the second correction standard sample evaluation methods were used to verify the expert validity,construct validity and meanwhile construct validity for the Competency Model of University Sports Teachers. On this basis,taking the university sports teachers from ordinary universities and ordinary sports universities/colleges as the object of investigation,cross-university category invariance were tested respectively. The results showed that: 1) The competency model of university sports teachers includes eight factors: teaching strategies,critical thinking,innovation,achievement,concentration,logical analysis,respect and awareness of social services; 2) The triple test of expert validity,construct validity,and the meanwhile construct validity of the focus interviews shows that University Sports Teacher Competency Model has ideal validity; 3) "University Sports Teachers Competency Questionnaire"has a good cross-university category invariance and can be used as a research tool in related fields,and may also be used for teachers' self-assessment and self-motivation related purposes.
