骨靶向递药系统的研究进展

Research progress on bone targeted drug delivery system

伴随着肿瘤的高发及人口老龄化问题,骨相关疾病已严重影响了人们的生活质量。传统的治疗药物存在靶向性差、副作用大的缺点。骨靶向递药系统有效地克服了传统给药方式在治疗骨相关疾病方面治疗指数低、副作用大等不足,为骨相关疾病的治疗带来了新的曙光。本文通过查阅国内外相关文献,对骨靶向递药系统的最新研究进展进行了归纳、总结,为深入研究骨靶向递药系统拓展新的思路。

With the high incidence of cancer and aging trend of the population, bone-related diseases have seriously affected our quality of life. Conventional therapeutic drugs have the disadvantages of poor targeting and extensively side effects. Bone targeted drug delivery system effectively overcomes the disadvantages of traditional mode of administration in the treatment of bone related diseases, such as low therapeutic index and serious side effects, and bring a new dawn for the treatment of bone related diseases. In this paper, research progress of bone targeted drug delivery system were summarized by reading the related literatures both at home and abroad, in order to provide a new vision in researching the field of bone targeted drug delivery system deeply.
