颅脑创伤诱发慢性创伤性后遗症的病理特征及诊断标志物

Research progress in chronic traumatic encephalopathy induced by traumatic brain injury

颅脑创伤是一种常见外伤,在全球范围内都有极高的致死、致残率。颅脑创伤所诱发的慢性创伤性后遗症病理形态复杂,病程进展缓慢,给个人、家庭和社会带来沉重的负担。然而,由于缺少对该类疾病人群的长期跟踪,相关病理信息尚不十分全面,且易与其它神经退行性病变相混淆,导致对该类疾病的诊疗存在一定困难。尽管如此,随着对该类疾病研究的深入,以及新技术的发展与应用,近些年,对颅脑创伤诱发的慢性创伤性后遗症的研究取得了长足的进步。本文从颅脑创伤出发,针对其诱发的慢性创伤性后遗症的病理分类、病理过程以及潜在的诊断标志物进行归纳、总结,为该类疾病的诊断、鉴别与治疗提供借鉴。

Traumatic brain injury represents a leading cause of morbidity and mortality around the world.Chronic traumatic encephalopathy has put a real strain on individuals,families and society,which pathology is complex and course is prolonged.Because of the limited case numbers,the incumprehensive pathological information and easy to be confused with other neurodegenerations,there are difficulties in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic traumatic encephalopathy. As further study and the development of new technology,great advancements in treatment and therapy have been made in recent years.This review describes our current understanding of the range of pathologies observed in survivors of traumatic brain injury,and the potential biomarkers of chronic traumatic encephalopathy,which provides reference for the diagnosis, differentiation and treatment of the disease.
