妇产科专科医院消毒供应社会化管理实施及效果分析

The implementation and application effect of socialized hospital′s sterilization Supply

目的探讨医院消毒供应在社会化管理的实施及应用效果。方法将医院消毒物品供应工作委托给具有合格资质的社会消毒供应中心,对社会化前、后两种消毒供应方式,进行灭菌物品检测结果、临床科室满意度、成本核算、占地面积及人力资源等客观判定。结果两种消毒供应方式,灭菌物品检测结果、临床科室满意度、物品成本核算均无统计学意义(P>0.05),消毒供应中心灭菌物品灭菌效果达到消毒技术规范标准,占地面积减少,人力资源成本减少。结论妇产科专科医院的消毒供应社会化管理能确保物品消毒灭菌质量,降低医院成本,推进医院后勤社会化管理,具有一定的理论和实践意义。

Objective To explore the practice and results of socialized management in hospital sterilization supply centers. Methods We entrust the supply of hospital disinfection products to a qualified private disinfection product supplier,and evaluate objectively test results of sterilization products,clinical satisfaction,cost accounting, storage space and human resources for two supply methods （before/after socialized management）. Results It turns out that two methods reveal no significant difference （P 〉 0.05） in test results of sterilization products,clinical satisfaction and cost accounting, and the disinfection products supplied can meet technical standard for disinfection with less storage space and human resources input. Conclusion The socialized management of sterilizatin supply for specialized hospitals like maternity hospital is of theoretical and practical significance for good sterilization effect,less operation cost and better logistics management.
