摘要
从绝缘性能优异的薄涂粉末涂料性能要求出发,在一定喷涂厚度的情况下,选择合适的材料,研究了不同种类树脂、固化剂、填料、催化剂的用量对绝缘耐压性能的影响,最终得到了优良耐电解液性能、优异绝缘性能和耐湿热性能稳定的新能源汽车动力电池用粉末涂料。
As viewed from the requirements on the performance of thin-film powder coatings, this paper analyzes the influence of different resin, curing agent, filler, catalyst and dosage thereof on the insulation performance of the powder coatings. Thus, the powder coatings with excellent insulation,electrolytes resistance and humid and thermal stability have been prepared, which are useful for new energy vehicles.
