摘要
针对汽车刹车片的使用环境,研究适合刹车片用的粉末涂料,主要研究了成膜体系树脂、主要颜填料和助剂的选择,然后进行配方优化;重点研究了不同环氧树脂、聚酯树脂混合比例对涂层耐中性盐雾性能的影响,以及耐热助剂的添加对涂层短时间耐高温性能提升的作用。最终研制出耐湿热、耐中性盐雾、耐短时间高热及散热效果好的汽车刹车片用粉末涂料。
The suitable powder coatings or brakes have been prepared via the selection of filmforming resin, pigments and fillers, additives and formula optimization. In particular, the effects of different ratio of epoxy and polyester on salt fog resistance of the cured film are examined,meanwhile, the effect of heat resistant additive on high temperature resistance of the film is analyzed. Thus, the powder coatings having good resistance to humid/heat, neutral salt fog and high temperature and excellent heat dissipation are prepared.
