摘要
海洋平台上为了给设备和管线进行温度的加热和维持温度,尤其是在较冷甚至寒冷的环境下,合理地设计电伴热系统很有必要。通过对仪表管线参数的分析,利用考虑管线或罐体的外径尺寸、材料、维持温度和长度等信息,计算出伴热带回路数和伴热长度,完成电伴热的设计。
In order to maintain the temperature of the equipment and pipelines on the off-shore platform, it is necessary to design the electric heat tracing system, especially in the coldenvironment. Based on the analysis of the parameters of the pipeline, considering the size ofthe outer diameter, the material, the maintaining temperature and the length of the pipeline,the number of loops and the length of the heat tracing are calculated out and the heat tracingsystem design is finished.
