以上海国际航运中心洋山港区四期码头工程为例,介绍洋山海域腐蚀环境及防腐蚀技术措施,重点叙述钢管桩牺牲阳极阴极保护技术,通过跟踪电位检测评价其保护效果,并针对保证阳极块水下焊接施工质量提出管理措施。
Taken the Yangshan Port District phase IV project of Shanghai International Shipping Center as an example, the corrosion environment and anti-corrosion technology of Yangshan sea area are introduced. The cathodic protection technology of steel pipe pile sacrificial anode is described and its protection effect is evaluated by tracking potential detection. In order to ensure the anode-block underwater welding construction quality, some management measures are proposed.
