摘要
为实现卸船机钢丝绳的定期全自动润滑保养,开发卸船机钢丝绳智能高压稀油润滑系统。该系统基于卸船机结构,设立分布式润滑泵站、管路系统和润滑点等,采用新的润滑介质和润滑方式,实现高压稀油喷涂润滑。根据卸船机间隙性作业特点、钢丝绳往返性运行特点,采用PLC系统和智能压力控制,并与卸船机建立通信,实现随卸船机作业而自动启动、循环运行、间隙喷涂的全自动智能控制。选择性的系统功能和模块化的参数调整满足各润滑点的精细化控制要求,避免常规油脂刷涂润滑方式中的各种弊端,润滑效果提升明显。
In order to realize the fully automatic lubricating maintenance of ship unloader steel wire rope regularly, the intelligent high-pressure thin oil lubricating system for ship unloader steel wire rope is developed. Based on the ship unloader structure, the distributed lubricant pump station, pipeline system and lubricating point are set and new lubricating media and lubricating method are employed in this system to realize lubricating by high-pressure thin oil spraying. According to the characteristics of the intermittent operation for ship unloader and the round operation for steel wire rope, the PLC system and the intelligent pressure control are adopted, and the communication with ship unloader is set, thus the fully automatic intelligent control of the automatic launching as the launching of ship unloader, the cycle operation and the intermittent spraying can be realized. The selective system function and modularized parameter adjustment can satisfy the delicate control requirements of lubricating point and avoid the disadvantages of brushing conventional oil. The lubricating effect is improved significantly.
