摘要
目的:观察综合护理对高血压性脑出血病人的护理效果。方法:抽取我院收治的50例高血压性脑出血病人作为研究对象,按照护理方式的差异,将其均分为观察组以及对照组,对照组接受常规护理方法,观察组接受综合护理措施,对两组临床护理效果进行比较。结果:观察组好转率达到96.0%,生活质量评分为91.4±2.2分,而对照组好转率仅72.0%,生活质量评分为77.4±8.3分,观察组好转率以及生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理可以提高高血压性脑出血病人的临床疗效,并且改善其生活质量,具有积极应用意义。
Objective：To observe the comprehensive care of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patient care results.Method：Draw me 50 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients admitted to hospital as an object of study,according to differences in the way of care,which is divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group received routine nursing care,obG servation group received comprehensive care measures,to compare the effect of two clinical care.Results：The improvement rate of 96.0%,quality of life score was 91.4 ± 2.2 minutes,while the control group was only 72.0% improvement in quality of life score was 77.4 ± 8.3 min,and the rate of the observation group improved quality of life scores were significantly higher than the control group, the differences were significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive care can improve the clinical efficacy of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients,and improve their quality of life,having a positive application significance.
