摘要
提出了一种新型预制混凝土框架节点,该节点由预制柱、叠合梁及后浇节点核心区组成。其中,上、下预制柱间通过预埋的新型螺栓系统进行连接,构造简单、施工速度快、质量可靠。在此基础上,开展了高轴压比(0.8)下新型预制混凝土框架中节点及其现浇对比试件的受力性能试验。结果表明:预制混凝土框架节点与现浇对比试件的破坏形态均为梁端受弯破坏,柱端仅出现少量弯曲裂缝,节点核心区未开裂;预制混凝土框架节点的承载力与现浇节点的承载力接近(分别为403k N和398k N),而位移延性比现浇节点的位移延性低约7.7%(分别为2.88和3.12)。
A new type of precast concrete frame connection,which was composed of precast column,composite beam and CIP core,was proposed in this paper. The precast columns in the connection were connected by new type of bolted connection system,which is simple and easy for construction. Two fullscale connections with high axial compression ratio( 0. 8),including a precast interior connection and a monolithic connection used as control specimen,were tested. The results showed that flexural damage occurred at beam ends for the two connections,and there were only several cracks at column end and no crack in the core zone of the connections. Bearing capacity of precast interior connection and monolithic connection was 403 k N and 398 k N,which are very close. While,displacement ductility of the precast connection was 2. 88 and 3. 12,about 7. 7% lower than that of CIP specimen.
