Construction Organization and Construction Period Management for Precast Shear-wall Structure

针对装配式剪力墙结构工期紧张、工序复杂的特点,在回龙观金域华府工程全装配式工业化2号住宅楼的施工组织及工期管理实践中,通过工序分析、吊次分析环节,制定了详细的装配式结构作业计划和装修施工立体穿插的总控网络计划,并对机械、采购、资金等进行分控管理,实现装配式结构施工组织和上部结构施工、下部精装交用的N-21施工组织模式。

Based on characteristics of construction period short and construction procedure complex,during practice of construction organization and construction period management in No. 2 precast residence building in Huilongguan Jinyuhuafu project,by construction procedure analysis,tower crane hoisting times analysis,the detailed working plan of precast structure and the general control network plan with decoration construction alternately are made. And machinery,purchase and fund etc. are controlled management. So the N-21 construction organization model of the upper structure construction and the substructure decoration construction alternately in precast structure is built.
