摘要
兰州·名城广场工程存在圆管柱混凝土环梁和圆管柱劲性环梁两种环梁,其中圆管柱混凝土环梁采用地面拼装、整体吊装的施工工艺,而圆管柱劲性环梁则因其构造复杂且配筋较大、较密,平面设计图难以想象其劲性节点的交叉关系,而借助BIM技术模拟施工,同时采用1∶1实体模型多次模拟、优化、总结,安全而经济地解决了圆管柱劲性环梁复杂节点构造的施工难题。
Lanzhou City square building has two kinds of ring beams of circle column concrete ring beam and circle column stiffen ring beam,in which circle column concrete ring beam is constructed by assembled on ground and integral hoisting method,but the circle column stiffen ring beam must be constructed by BIM technology and 1∶ 1 entity modeling because of complex construction and big diameter and dense steel bars result in very complex stiffen joints,which solve safety and economically the construction difficult of the complex joint in the circle column stiffen ring beam.
