摘要
上海浦江镇某商办楼项目位于深厚淤泥质软土地区,地下水资源丰富,且邻近已入住的居民小区,施工场地狭小。为减少基坑施工对周边环境的不利影响,降低施工过程中产生的污染,项目实施中采取了多项绿色技术措施,包括地下水资源保护与利用、集约化栈桥设计和多种环保措施,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益,实现了绿色施工。
A commercial building project in Pujiang Town of Shanghai is located in deep soft-soil area,where groundwater resources is abundant,and is near a residential area,and the work space is narrow.In order to reduce the bad influence of foundation excavation construction on environment,multiple green techniques are adopted,including the protection and utilization of groundwater resources,the intensive design of work trestle and many environmental protection measures,realizing favorable economic and social benefits,and green construction is realized.
