摘要
承建的海外轻轨车辆项目由于受当地施工条件、检修场地、检修周期等因素限制,在架修过程中无法对空调机组制冷量进行准确地测试。因此,针对出口中东某轻轨车辆架修项目,提出了一种基于对照表焓差法的车辆空调机组制冷量测试方法,通过该方法实现了对空调机组制冷量的测试与计算。实例测试与计算结果表明,该方法能够简便、直观、准确地评价机组制冷量,确保空调系统能安全、可靠、稳定地运行。
Due to the limitation of local construction environment,maintenance site and maintenance cycle,it is difficult to test the refrigeration volume of the air conditioning unit accurately in the process of oversea light rail transit vehicle repairing.For the repair project of the LRT vehicle exported to a country in the Middle East,an optimization method of enthalpy difference is proposed in this article.The test and calculation of the air conditioning refrigeration volume are realized by applying this method.The experiment results show that the optimization method used to evaluation the air conditioning refrigeration volume is simple,intuitive and accurate,it can ensure safe and reliable operation of the air conditioning system.
