磺甲基水溶性酚醛树脂的合成与分子结构表征 被引量:2

摘要 为进一步提高水溶性PF(酚醛树脂)的水溶性,在n(甲醛)∶n(苯酚)=2∶1和碱性催化条件下,同时进行磺甲基化和羟甲基化反应,制备了磺甲基水溶性PF。研究结果表明:所合成的磺甲基水溶性PF是一种聚合度为2~9、相对分子质量(Mr)为320~1 310的混合物,其部分分子上只含有1个磺甲基,并且其分子结构上羟甲基数目较多,而且苯酚/羟甲基数量比接近1,树脂分子中的酚环通过亚甲基以邻-对位的方式相连接;最后对磺甲基水溶性PF的分子结构进行了推测。 In order to further improve the water solubility of water-soluble PF (phenolic resin), the sulfonated methyl water-soluble PF was prepared when sulfonated methylation and hydroxyl methylation reactions were simultaneously implemented under the condition of alkaline catalysis and molar ratio of n (formaldehyde) : n (phenol) at 2: 1. The research results showed that the sulfonated methyl water-soluble PF was a mixture with polymerization degree at 2-9 and molecular weight (Mr) at 320-1 310, its part molecules had only one sulfonated methyl, and its molecular structure had the more hydroxymethyl number, and that the amount ratio of phenol/ hydroxymethyl was close to 1, and the phenol ring in resin molecule was connected by methylene in ortho-para position way. Finally, the molecular structure of sulfonated methyl water-soluble PF was speculated.
