摘要 MOOC时代,高校教师角色发生了极大的变化,师生间交流日渐虚幻化,师生间交往逐渐复杂化。其主要是由于:MOOC使传统的面对面、以教师为中心的教学方式转为网络交流、以学生为中心;MOOC虚化了大学地理界限,将实体校园转为虚实结合的共同体;教师由课堂主导者、传授者转为协助者、辅导者;MOOC改变了传统高等教育的理念。为保障高校师生关系良性发展,高校要完善师生课堂互动机制,MOOC教师要主动走出屏幕,加强与学生面对面交流,学生要放下角色包袱,积极促进师生平等自由对话。 In the era of MOOC, the great change of college teachers' role results in that distance between teachers and students becomes larger and larger, communication between teachers and students is gradually visionary, contact between teachers and students tends to be more complicated, which mainly dues to that traditional face-to-face and teacher-oriented teaching patterns are turned into student-oriented intemet communication. MOOC has blurred geographic boundary of university and turnedtheentitativecampus into community with the combination of virtualityand reality.Tcachers are transferred from dominant power and initiator to co-adjutant and counselor. MOOC has changedthe traditional teaching concepts. Universities and colleges should consummate interaction system of teachers and students in classroom in order to guarantee the benign development of relations betweer, teachers and students. Besides, MOOC teachers should walk out of the screen and reinforce communication with students and students should lay down burden to promote conversation freely between teachers and students.
