摘要 成都市在推动经济社会跨越式发展的过程中,走产教城融合发展之路。成都产教城融合发展的类属与实践路径、协同机制及面临的现实挑战。要使产教城融合发展在实践中取得成效,应重新定位职业教育,明确其在区域经济社会发展中的重要角色,提高其社会认同度和公信力;建立职业教育人才培养随产业发展、新型城镇化建设需求动态调整的体制机制,突破职业教育人才培养与产城需求脱节的现实困境,实现职业教育人才培养与产城需求动态契合;进一步深化产教城融合发展投融资体系改革,健全政府财政性投融资制度,完善社会性投融资体系,激发市场投融资活力,进而实现资源配置的协同优化。 Chengdu, in the process of promoting the leapfrog development of economy and society, has taken the road of integrated development of industry, vocational education and new urbanization. This article analyzes the classification and practice paths, coordination mechanisms and realistic challenges of Chengdu' s integrated development of industry, vocational education and the new urbanization. In order to make the integrated development of industry, vocational education and new urbanization achieve good resultsinpracfice, the following suggestion are put forward. Firstly, re-orientate vocational education, clear its important role in regional economic and social development, and improve its social identity and credibility. Secondly, establish system and mechanismthat vocational education personnel training following industry development and new urbanization construction demand dynamically adjusted, breakthrough the reality that vocational education personnel training are unrelated to the needs of industry and new urbanization so as to realize the dynamic fit of vocational education personnel training and the needs of industry and new urbanization. Finally, further deepen the investment and financing system reform of integrated development of industry, vocational education and the new urbanization, improve the government financial investment and financing system, perfect the social investment and financing system,stimulate the vitality of market investment and financing,and then achieve a coordinated allocation of resources allocation.
