摘要
为探讨细粒棘球蚴侵染哈萨克绵羊早期血清IgE、IgM的变化规律,对每只哈萨克绵羊人工口服包虫虫卵约10000~15000枚,共6只。在喂服前0h、喂服后6h、8h、10h颈静脉采血。应用ELISA方法检测绵羊血清中IgE、IgM水平。结果表明,血清中IgE在喂服后各时间段逐渐升高,但与喂服前(0h)比极显著下降(P<0.01);血清中IgM在喂服后各时间段与喂服前(0h)相比均显著升高(P<0.01),喂服后各时间段之间无显著变化。提示哈萨克绵羊在感染细粒棘球蚴早期过程中血清IgE升高、IgM降低这一变化规律可为临床上诊断该病提供一定的理论依据。
In order to investigate the changes of serum IgE and IgM in the early stage of Kazak sheep infestation with six hooked larvae of Echinocoecus granulosus, a total of 10000-15000 eggs were fed to each Kazakh sheep. In the service before feeding Oh, after feeding 6h, 8h, 10h jugular vein blood. IgE and IgM concentrations in sheep serum were detected by ELISA. The re- sults showed that the concentration of serum IgE increased gradually at each time after feeding, but decreased significantly(P〈0.01) compared with that before feeding (Oh). The serum IgM concentration in different time periods (P〈0.01), and there was no significant difference between the two groups. It was suggested that the resistance of the sheep to Echinococcus granu- losus during early infection of Echinococcus granulosus was related to the change of serum IgE and IgM levels.
