摘要
针对日益受人瞩目的室内空气净化器,开发了一种以STM32为核心的多功能空气净化器控制系统。系统实现了8种常见污染气体浓度检测、温湿度检测、按键操控、红外遥控、风机驱动、紫外杀菌、负氧离子净化、液晶显示等功能的设计。首次采用综合污染指数法评价室内空气品质,并提出了使用多个低分贝风机实现低噪音、大风量的目的。该控制系统具有稳定性好、操作简单、可依据功能需求进行有效裁剪封装等优点,主要用在卧室、厨房和客厅等家用场合的空气净化器上。
For indoor air purifiers,which were paid more and more attention,this paper developed an air purifier control system based on STM32. The control system realized a set of functions,including eight common polluted gas detection,temperature & humidity detec- tion,key operation,infrared detection,fan driving,UV disinfection,negative oxygen ions purification and LCD display. The comprehen- sive pollution index was applied to evaluate indoor air quality for the first time and multiple low-decibel fans were used for low noise and high winds. The control system has advantages of good stability, simple operation and can be cut and packaged based on demand functions, which is mainly applied in air purifiers for house places such as bedroom, kitchen, drawing room and so on.
