摘要
目的了解医护沟通的现况,探索潜在的信息技术改善策略。方法在3家三甲医院对6名医生和6名护士进行半结构化访谈。结果(1)医护对沟通状态满意,但护士的信息需求可能被忽视;(2)医护沟通主要通过同步方式,也有查看信息系统等异步方式;(3)基于信息技术的异步沟通逐渐增加,有望通过新的互动模式改善沟通。结论目前临床中的医护沟通能满足工作需求,基于通信技术的更便捷有效的沟通方式值得进一步探索开发。
Objective To understand the current situation of doctor-patient communication,and to explore strategies for potential information improvement.Method Conducting semi-structured interviews on 6 doctors and 6 nurses in tertiary hospitals.Results(1) Doctors and nurses are satisfied with communication,but nurses' information needs may be neglected.(2) Communication between doctors and nurses is mainly of synchronization method,and is of asynchronous mode,such as viewing information.(3) The use of technology-driven asynchronous modes to communicate healthcare information between doctors and nurses is gradually increasing;there is potential for a new,specially designed mode of nurse-physician communication.Conclusion Currently,clinical healthcare communication can satisfy the basic needs of the job.However,the effective communication method based on communication technology needs further exploration.
