摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Y5V型Ba(Zr_(0.1)Ti_(0.9))O_3-Zn-No陶瓷,通过XRD、SEM等分析检测手段对样品进行表征。研究了烧结保温时间对Ba(Zr_(0.1)Ti_(0.9))O_3-Zn-No陶瓷相组成、微观结构、介电性能及介电弛豫的影响。结果表明:样品均为单一钙钛矿结构,且随着烧结保温时间的增加,陶瓷晶粒尺寸与介电常数增大,弥散相变系数(y)先增加后减小。
The Ba(Zr0.1Ti0.9)O3-Zn-Nb ceramics of Y5V type were prepared by sol-gel method. Samples were characterized by using XRD, SEM and other analysis test methods. The effect of sintering holding time on the phase structure, microstructure, electrical properties and dielectric relaxation of Ba(Zr0.1Ti0.9)O3Zn-Nb ceramics was investigated. Results show that all the ceramics are the phase of single perovskite. The dielectric constant, grain size increases with the increase of soaking time. The dispersion coefficient of phase transformation Y firstly increases and then decreases.
