摘要
海相、湖相及河相沉积的软弱土层的特点是含水率大、压缩性高、强度低、透水性差,在建筑物荷载作用下会产生相当大的沉降和沉降差,真空预压法是处理这种软土地基的有效方法之一。结合工程实例,介绍了真空预压法加固软土地基的施工原理、施工工艺及操作要点。与传统施工方法相比,真空预压法在缩短施工工期、降低造价的同时,大大改善了淤泥土的性质,提高了处理效果,满足了建设需求。
The characteristics of soft soil layer with marine, lacustrine and fluvial sedimentation are large moisture content, high compressibility, low strength, poor permeability, considerable settlement and differential settlement would be generated under the building load, the vacuum preloading method is one of the effective method for soft soil foundation treatment. Combined with engineering example, the construction principle, construction technology and operation points of soft soil reinforcement with vacuum preloading method have been introduced. Compared with the traditional construction method, the vacuum preloading method can shorten construction period and reduce construction cost, while at the same time, it can greatly improve the properties of the silt soil, the treatment effect, and meet the requirements of construction.
