摘要
针对超深基坑工程内支撑换撑过程中容易产生基坑变形的问题,以上海国际金融中心工程为研究背景,介绍了超深基坑顺作区首层以板代撑的换撑施工工艺及其效果。通过对结构梁及支撑轴力、地下连续墙墙体侧向变形、坑外土体侧向变形、坑外土体分层沉降等指标进行现场监测,分析了以板代撑的换撑过程对基坑的影响,结果表明:相关监测数据均处于合理范围之内。通过监测所得到的结果还可以说明,该工程以板代撑的换撑施工方案设计合理,效果较好,安全性满足要求。
In view of foundation pit deformation problem in the process of inner support replacement in super deep foundation pit engineering, taking the Shanghai International Financial Center project as an example, the support replacement construction technology of slab instead of support in the normal construction area for super-deep foundation pit has been introduced. The effect of foundation pit in the process of support replacement by using slab instead of support has been analyzed by site monitoring of structure beam and axial support force, lateral deformation of underground continuous wall, lateral deformation of outer pit soil, layered settlement of outer pit soil, etc., and the results showed that related monitoring data are within reasonable range. The results of monitoring show that the design of support replacement construction scheme by using slab instead of support is reasonable, has better effect and can meet the safety requirements.
