Construction Technology for Installation of First Simply-Supported Then Continuous Small Box Girders in Bridge Approach of Chenta Bridge

以上海辰塔大桥引桥工程为背景,从箱梁安装顺序、主要施工设备及箱梁安装时的地基处理,再到吊点设置及吊索具配备、临时支座施工、永久支座施工、预制梁吊装、箱梁就位、小箱梁的接缝与横隔梁施工等方面,介绍了先简支后连续小箱梁的施工技术,以期为采用先简支后连续小箱梁结构形式的类似桥梁工程施工提供借鉴。

Taking Bridge Approach of Shanghai Chenta Bridge project as the background, this paper introduces the construction technology of first simply-supported then continuous small box girders, from installation sequence of box girder, to main construction equipment, foundation treatment during box girder installation, hoisting point setting, rope sling equipment, temporary support construction, permanent support construction, precast beam hoisting, box girder positioning, joints of box girder and diaphragm construction, so as to provide references for similar bridge projects.
