路面用水泥配比优化与基本性能验证

摘要 为了分析水泥配比、混合材比例及助磨剂对水泥基本性能的影响,对不同水泥熟料配比、混合材、助磨剂掺量的水泥进行细度、标准稠度、凝结时间、抗压与抗折强度测试。结果表明:随着水泥熟料用量的增加,普通硅酸盐水泥的比表面积减小,安定性不受影响,强度增加;随着助磨剂掺量的增加,水泥的比表面积变化相对明显,对水泥的抗压强度、抗折强度都没有明显的影响。 In order to analyze the effect of cement ratio, proportion of mixed materials and the grinding aids on the fundamental characteristics of cement, tests on the fineness, standard consistency, setting time, compressive strength and flexural strength were carried out with different clinker ratios, mixed materials and different amounts of grinding aids. The results show that with the increase of clinker, the specific surface area of ordinary Portland cement decreases, and the stability is not affected while the strength increases; with the increase of the content of grinding aids, the change of specific surface area of cement is relatively obvious, which has no obvious effect on the compressive strength and flexural strength of cement.
