摘要
为了解决预应力混凝土T型刚构桥因悬臂端挠度较大,影响行车的舒适性及安全性的问题,以青银高速某特大桥为例进行拼宽加固技术研究,将新旧主桥悬臂板拼接,腹板间锚固焊接钢隔板,并对拉螺纹钢筋,完成原纵向拼接缝的整体刚接。仿真计算分析及荷载试验结果表明,该桥实现了新旧桥梁结构协同受力,证明该方法可行。
In order to solve the problem that the prestressed concrete T-shaped rigid-frame bridge is affected by the deflection of cantilever end, which compromises the comfort and safety of the drivers, a grand bridge of Qingdao-Yinchuan expressway was taken as an example to study the widening and reinforcement technology. The cantilevers on new and existent bridges were spliced; the steel plate was welded between the webs l the steel bars were connected, and the original longitudinal joints were rigidly coupled. The results of simulation and analysis and load tests show that the new bridge can realize the cooperative force of the old and new bridge structures, which proves the feasibility of the method.
