摘要
以沥青计量系统的沥青秤为研究对象,对比分析了增量秤和减量秤的工作原理和加热方式,建立了减量秤浮力系数的计算公式,提出了增量秤和减量秤的标定方法及其标定过程中的注意事项,并结合某一级公路进行了试验验证。结果表明:经过标定的沥青秤可以提高沥青计量系统的准确性,可以保证沥青混合料的质量符合设计要求。
By taking the asphalt weighing scales as the subject of study, the working principle and the heating method of the incremental scale and the reduction scale were compared, and the calculation formula of buoyancy coefficient was established. Methods and matters that need attention in the calibration process were proposed. The results of tests on a first-graded highway show that the calibrated asphalt scales can improve the accuracy of the asphalt metering system and ensure the quality of the asphalt mixture to meet the design requirements.
