地理国情监测的概念提出将近四年时间,相关讨论和研究较多,但对其工作内容、组织方式等问题的看法和结论却是各不相同的,甚至大相径庭,导致各地测绘地理信息部门在推进该项工作时方向不够清晰。本文从历史发展的角度和战略高度分析探讨了地理国情监测工作的内涵,分析其按需测绘工作的特点、工作内容等,力图为测绘地理信息部门开展地理国情监测工作提供参考和借鉴。

The concept of geographical condition monitoring is put forward for nearly four years.The relevant discussion and research of work content is more and more,organization and other issues are different,leading to the mapping and geographic information department in the work to promote the work clearly.From the historical perspective and a strategic height analysis,the connotation situation of the geographical monitoring is explored.The characteristics of on-demand surveying and mapping work and work content are also analyzed,trying to provide the reference to carry out the monitoring of the geographical situation.
