摘要
介绍了采掘机械用截齿磨损的研究进展,包括截齿破碎岩石与磨损的机理、影响截齿磨损的主要因素。按照截齿磨损的研究方法,从标准台架试验、模拟工况试验和数值仿真等方面对国内外的主要研究内容和成果进行了梳理,并对截齿磨损研究的应用和未来发展方向进行了阐述和探索。
Introduces the research progress of the cutting wear of the mining machinery,including the mechanism of the cutting of the rock and the wear and the main factors affecting the cutting wear.According to the research approach of cutter wear,summarize the standard bench test,simulation condition experiment and numerical simulation of domestic and foreign main research contents and results.Then the paper elaborates the picks wear research of application and the future direction of development.
