摘要
根据ZY20000/28/55D型两柱掩护式液压支架选择合理直径的立柱,并对立柱缸体强度进行了理论计算和有限元仿真分析,满足了设计安全要求。通过将强度理论计算与有限元仿真进行对比,再结合支架的使用情况,验证了理论计算方法和有限元分析方法的可行性。
For the ZY20000/28/55 D type 2-leg hydraulic support,selects the reasonable diameter of the leg.Then be carried on the theoretical calculation and finite element simulation analysis for strength of the leg's cylinder,and achieves the design safety requirements.By comparing the result of theoretical calculation with the result of finite element simulation,and by the usage of hydraulic support,verifies the feasibility of theoretical calculation method and finite element analysis method.
