摘要
以盾构机中手动可更换刀具用双开闸门为研究对象进行结构设计,运用ANSYS有限元软件对手动可更换刀具用双开闸门整体、阀体及闸板等主要部件进行分析模拟研究,得到在应力、温度及约束载荷作用时,双开闸门在操作、备用工况下的热应力场、应变及变形,通过分析最终确定手动可更换刀具用双开闸门在操作、备用工况下满足结构要求可正常安全运行,不会出现卡死、启闭不灵敏等问题,为国内系列手动可更换刀具用双开闸门的设计提供了一种参考依据。
To perform the research on structural design of manual-double gate replacing of cutting teeth,and the mechanical properties of double-gate main parts,including gate assembly,body and wedge disc,was analyzed by using the ANSYS software,and receives thermal stress field,strain and deformation of double-gate under operating and standby conditions when the stress,temperature and load constraints was applied.Eventually,the structure of double-gate meet the requirements and can run safely in operating and standby conditions,there will not be appeared the sticking,insensitive for opening and closing,all of which will offer a kind of reference basis for domestic series double-gate design.
