盾构机的刀盘用机液无级变速的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 用定压液体静压润滑技术,配合机械无级变速机构变速,按最硬的岩石设计最大转矩。用推进液压缸的推力F,形成刀盘的转矩M,按瞬间M的变化改变刀盘的角速度ω,使Mω=N_e,在挖硬岩时通过调节M与ω,可找到最快的掘进速度vmax,是要求的恒功率无级变速,异步电机功率因数可达到1;不用齿轮传动,耐冲击,只要及时地更换或调节刀具,就可挖通隧道。 TBM machine adopts the constant pressure liquid lubrication technique,matching the hydromechanical CVT,to gain the maximum torque according to the hardest stone in work.The force of hydro-cylinders F is used to form the torque of cutterhead M,and the rotational speed ω is adjusted according to changes of moment M in order to make Mω =Neachieved.During the digging of hard stones,the fastest digging speedis found through the adjustment of moment torque M and rotational speed ω and it is also involved in the constant power control of hydro-mechanical CVT.The coefficient of asynchronous motor power can be reached 1.Gear drive is not used and the TBM machine has a good impact resistance and can have high efficiency in the excavation of soil and rock.
