Opportunistic maintenance model for multi-component equipment in natural gas pipeline

摘要 为了防止天然气管道多部件设备经常发生的维修不足或维修过剩情况,提出采用机会维修策略,将预防性维修和故障维修有机结合,以多部件设备系统总维修成本最小化为目标,考虑到部件故障对生产质量的影响,以系统可利用的维修时间为条件约束,在保证系统最低可用度的基础上,建立了天然气管道多部件设备机会维修模型。结合具体应用实例,采用遗传算法进行仿真,确定了天然气管道压缩机各部件的最优维修策略。结果表明:该模型能够有效降低设备的维修成本,提高了天然气管道系统的可用度,并为天然气管道多部件设备中各部件的维修方式提供了理论依据。 To prevent the frequently occurring insufficient or oversupply maintenance of multi-component equipment in natural gas pipeline, it was proposed to adopt the opportunistic maintenance strategy which combines the preventive maintenance and the breakdown maintenance together with the minimization of total maintenance cost as the target. In view of the effect of component failure on the production quality, the available maintenance time of the system was taken as the constraint condition. The opportunistic maintenance model for multi-component equipment in natural gas pipeline was established while the minimum availability of the system was guaranteed. And finally, the application case was simulated by means of the genetic algorithm to determine the optimal maintenance strategy for each component of compressors in the natural gas pipeline. It is shown that the opportunistic maintenance model can effectively reduce the maintenance cost and improve the availability of natural gas pipeline system, and it provides the theoretical basis for determining the maintenance plan on each component of the multi-component equipment in natural gas pipeline.
