不同浓度水杨酸保鲜液对康乃馨切花保鲜的影响

Effects of Different Concentrations Salicylic Acid on the Fresh Preservation of Dianthus caryophyllus

该研究使用0.5g/L的氯化钙(Ca Cl2)、3%的蔗糖(S)和0.1g/L的硝酸铵(NH4NO3)溶液作为基础液,分别加入4种不同浓度(0g/L、0.015g/L、0.03g/L、0.045g/L)的水杨酸配置成保鲜液,探讨不同浓度的水杨酸保鲜液对康乃馨切花的保鲜效果。结果显示:不同浓度的水杨酸保鲜液对康乃馨切花的鲜重、水分平衡、瓶插寿命和观赏品质等方面都有一定的影响,其中浓度为0.045g/L的水杨酸保鲜液处理对康乃馨切花的保鲜效果较好。

Using 0.5 g/L of CaC12,3% sucrose （S） and 0.1 g/L NH4NO3 as the base fluid, respectively, to join the four different concentrations （0 g/L, 0.015 g/L, 0.03 g/L, 0.045 g/L） of salicylic acid configured to fresh liquid, explore the salicylic acid of different concentration effect of preservation of fresh liquid of Dianthus caryophyllu~.Resuhs showed that the different concentration of salicylic acid liquid preservation of Dianthus caryophyllus fresh weight, wa- ter balance, vase life of cut flower and ornamental quality has certain influence, including salicylic acid concentration is 0.045 g/L of fresh liquid handling of Dianthus caryophyllus preservation effect is better.
