摘要
食品安全管理的相关问题长期以来倍受国家和社会的广泛关注,当代大学生是中国社会主义继承者,其食品安全知识、态度、行为的认知水平不仅影响自身的健康,很大程度上也会影响身边的人群,所以对于大学生食品安全的教育刻不容缓。该文对大学生食品安全KAP的现状加以剖析,并提出了相应的干预对策,以供参考。
The management of food safety issues related to wide attention by the state and society for a tong time. The contemporary college students is the national socialist successors, whose food safety knowledge, attitude and behavior of cognitive level can not only affect their own health, but also affect the people around, so for the college students＂ food safety education is urgently needed.In this paper, the current situation of college students＇ food safety KAP is analyzed, and the corresponding intervention countermeasures is put forward.
