摘要
硫醇端基单体与双键端基单体在催化剂作用下,进行自由基加聚反应合成聚硫代醚橡胶,研究了分子量、官能度对聚硫代醚橡胶综合性能影响规律。解决了目前采用的醇缩合法合成聚硫代醚橡胶副产物多,纯度无法保证的问题。非常适合应用于耐温、耐油性能要求高的领域。
Polythioether rubber was synthesized by thiol-ene polyaddition reaction under the action of catalyst, effect of molecular weight and functionality on comprehensive performance of polythioether rubber was investigated. The problems (many by-products, low purity) in synthesis of the polythioether rubber by alcohol condensation were solved.
