摘要
水平段流体流动规律复杂,针对于水平井积液情况的研究,不能单纯的Turner公式或者其修正公式去计算水平井筒的携液临界流量。利用质点分析理论,推导出适合于本研究区的水平井筒的最小携液临界流量计算公式。通过分析可得理论公式计算成果与实际压力梯度测试资料得到的积液情况较为吻合。对研究区27口水平井的积液情况进行了更进一步的分析,针对于积液不严重的井应进行短期扩嘴排液,以减缓积液情况。
The flow rule of horizontal section in horizontal wells is complex. In the study on the wellbore liquid loading, simple Turner formula or its modified formula cannot calculate the critical liquid carrying flow rate in horizontal wellbore. Based on the theory of particle analysis, a formula for calculating the minimum liquid carrying critical flow rate in horizontal wellbore was derived. The results obtained by the theoretical formula were in good agreement with the actual fluid pressure gradient test data. The liquid loading situation of 27 horizontal wells in the study area was further analyzed. Aiming at some wells whose liquid loading situation is not serious, short-term drainage by the expansion of the mouth should be carried out, in order to alleviate the liquid loading situation.
