摘要
采用乙醇作为提取溶剂,用超声萃取法对儿童EVA鞋材样品中残留的甲酰胺进行提取,然后采用气相色谱法进行检测,外标法定量。结果表明,本方法的线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 7,检出限为5.0 mg·kg^(-1),加标回收率在90.23%~92.94%之间(n=6),相对标准偏差在3.7%~4.2%之间。该方法操作简单,精密度好,可以快速准确检测儿童鞋材中残留的甲酰胺含量。
Using ethanol as extraction solvent, residual formamide of children's EVA shoe material samples was extracted by ultrasonic extraction method. And then it was determined by GC and quantified by external standard method. The results show that, the linear relationship of the method is good, the correlation coefficient is 0.999 7,the limit of detection is 5.0 mg.kgl,the relative standard deviation are between 3.7%-4.2%,and the recovery ranges from 90.23%-92.94%(n=6).This method is simple and accurate. It is also appropriate for the determination of formamide residue in children's shoe meterial samples.
