互联网+背景下的制造业升级:机理及测度

The Mechanism and Measure of Manufacturing Upgrading in the Context of Internet Plus

在对互联网+背景下制造业升级相关机理阐释的基础上,利用中国省际面板数据,分析了互联网+对制造业升级的影响,结果表明,总体而言互联网+对制造业升级具有显著的正向促进作用。同时,由于区域发展的差异性,分区域的实证结果表明互联网+对东部地区制造业升级具有显著的促进作用,对中西部地区的促进作用效果则没有体现出来。基于此,在推进互联网+与制造业融合的基础上,在不同地区可实施差异性政策,从而更好地实现制造业升级。

Based on interpreting mechanism of manufacturing upgrading in the context of Internet Plus, this paper uses Chinese pro- vincial panel data to analyze the influence of Internet Plus on manufacturing upgrading. In general, the results show that Internet Plus has significant and positive effect on manufacturing upgrading. And because of the difference of regional development in China, the facilitating effect of Internet Plus on manufacturing upgrading in the east region is significant, while the promoting effect is not evident in the central and western areas. Therefore, in order to achieve manufacturing upgrading in the context of Internet Plus, the govern- ment should encourage the convergence between Internet Plus and manufacturing, and implement differential policy in different re- gions.
