摘要
首先从行业层面构建了高技术产业不同行业技术创新能力评价指标体系。然后用改进的熵值法实证研究了18个高技术行业技术创新能力的差异,同时发现,创新投入能力较强的航天器制造业、飞机制造业、化学药品制造业和生物药品制造业,其创新产出能力都较弱,而创新投入能力较弱的计算机零部件制造业、电子计算机外围设备制造业和计算机整机制造业,其创新产出能力都较强。最后提出了相关的政策建议。
Firstly, it builds the index system of evaluation on technological innovation ability of different High-tech industry. Then the improved entropy method is used to research empirically on the technological innovation abilities of 18 technological innovation industries. Meanwhile, it is found that the stronger the innovation input ability of industries such as manufacture of spacecrafts, manu- facture of airplanes, manufacture of chemical medicine and manufacture of biological medicine is, the weaker productive capacity is. But the weaker industries such as manufacture of computer components and parts and manufacture of entire computer has stronger in- novative inductive ability. Finally, the concerning measures are put forward.
