企业创新绩效国内外研究文献的十五年述评与展望

The Present Research Situation and Prospect of Enterprise Innovation Performance:A Literature Review Based on the Domestic and Foreign Research from 2000 to 2015

本文以WOS和CSSCI刊载的研究文献为对象,采用文献计量法,对国内外企业创新绩效研究的知识基础与热点、内涵与测量方式、影响因素等展开深入探讨。结果表明:1十五年来,企业创新绩效研究持续升温,其知识基础是以资源基础观和能力为代表的战略管理理论及企业竞争的相关理论,并且研究热点主要是基于技术创新理论,从不同视角探索了创新绩效的一系列前因变量,并展开丰富的理论和实证研究;2现有企业创新绩效测量主要包括结果类指标和强调过程的结果类指标两大类,而大多忽视了企业非研发创新过程指标;3企业创新绩效影响因素划分为环境、结构、组织和个体四个层面,前两者是基于组织外部,后两者是基于组织内部,也是当前探讨影响因素的重要视角。基于此,总结分析了现有研究不足,并明确指出了未来的研究方向。

With research literature published on WOS and CSSCI as the research objects, the paper adopts the bibliometrics method todeeply probe into the knowledge base, hot topics, connotation, measurement method, influencing factors of domestic and foreign re- searches on enterprise innovation performance. Research results show that, ①Over the past fifteen years, researches on enterprise inno- vation performance is gaining constant popularity. Its knowledge base consists of strategic management theories represented by resource- based view and ability and relevant theories about enterprise competition. Besides, the paper mainly focuses on the theory of technologi- cal innovation, explores a series of antecedent variables of innovation performance from different angles and carries out rich theoretical and empirical researches. ②Current indexes to measure enterprise innovation performance mainly include result indexes and result inde- xes focused on the process, but most researches ignore indexes of enterprises in the non-R＆D process. ③Influencing factors of enter- prise innovation performance can be divided into four levels, including environmental factors, structural factors, organizational factors and individual factors. The former two are based on the external part of an organization. The latter two are based on the internal part of an organization and form an important perspective for researchers to study the influencing factors at present. On this basis, the paper sum- marizes and analyzes the deficiencies of current researches and clearly points out the research direction in the future.
