摘要 《劳动合同法》实施以来,关于无固定期限劳动合同的规定一直备受争议。本研究基于"中国雇主—雇员匹配数据追踪调查(2013年数据)",对无固定期限劳动合同的签订的劳资双方影响因素及其对劳动者的影响进行了实证分析。结果表明:(1)不同所有制身份的企业签订无固定期限劳动合同的可能性不同。(2)不同户籍、教育程度和岗位类型的劳动者签订无固定期限劳动合同的可能性不同。(3)无固定期限劳动合同的签订显著地增加了劳动者就业安全感,降低了工作压力。 Since the implementation of the Labor Contract Law, the provisions on non- fixed-term labor contracts have always been controversial. Based on the data of China Employer-Employee Matching Survey (2013), this study made an empirical analysis of influencing factors of employers and employees on signing the non-fixed-term labor contract, and impact on laborers without or with fixed-term labor contracts. The results showed that: (1) Enterprises with different ownership status have different possibilities of signing fixed - term labor contract. (2) The different types of household registration, education and job types of workers had the different possibility of signing a fixed- term labor contract. (3) The signing of a non-fixed-term labor contract significantly increased the sense of employment security, and reduced the work pressure.
