摘要
目的研究三尖杉的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH–20凝胶柱色谱法和HPLC法对三尖杉体积分数为95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯层和二氯甲烷层的化学成分进行分离与纯化,并根据理化性质、NMR等波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为4,4'-二苯甲烷二氨基甲酸甲酯[4,4'-diphenylmethane-bis(methyl)carbamates,1]、牛蒡子苷元(arctigenin,2)、Shonanin(3)、threo-(7R,8R)-guaiacyl-glycerol-β-O-4'-dihydroconiferylether(4)、threo-(7R,8S)-guaiacylglycerol-β-O-4'-dihydroconiferylether(5)、(7R,8S)-二氢脱氢二松柏醇9'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷([(7R,8S)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 9'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside],6)。结论 6个化合物均为首次从三尖杉中分离得到。
Objective To research the chemical constituents of Cephalotaxusfortune Hook.f. Method Six compounds were obtained by isolation and purification of the EtOAc fraction and CH2Cl2 fraction of the EtOH extract from the plant by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and HPLC. Results Six compounds have been identified as 4,4'-diphenylmethane-bis(methyl) carbamate (1), arctigenin (2), Shonanin (3), threo-(7R, 8R)- guaiacyl-glycerol-β-O-4'-dihydroconiferylether (4), threo-(7R, 8S)-guaiacyl-glycerol-β-O-4'-dihydroconiferylether (5), (7R, 8S)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-9'-O-β-D- glucopyranoside (6). Conclusion The six compounds are isolated from Cephalotaxusfortune Hook.f for the first time.
