河南省高校学报社科类特色栏目调查研究

INVESTIGATION AND RESEARCH ON THE SPECIAL COLUMNS OF SOCIAL JOURNALS IN COLLEGES &UNIVERSITIES OF HENAN PROVINCE

河南省共有37家学报开辟了社科类特色栏目,其中一些特色栏目经过多年努力打造,在作者和读者中产生了较大影响,并相继获得"教育部高校哲学社会科学学报名栏"和"全国高校社科期刊特色栏目"荣誉称号。河南高校学报在建设特色栏目过程中虽然成绩不俗,但也存在一些不足之处:第一,一些特色栏目位置不够凸出;第二,一些特色栏目的设置雷同;第三,一些特色栏目稿件数量偏少;第四,一些特色栏目过于依赖外稿支持。在对河南省高校学报进行调查研究的基础上,提出一些加强特色栏目建设的对策建议:依托本校强势学科建设特色栏目;在助力地方经济、文化和社会发展中凸显特色;培养固定的作者队伍,增强特色栏目的连续性和固定性。

There are special columns of social sciences in 37 journals in Henan Province and after many years of hard work, some have a greater impact on the author and the reader and have been one after another awar- ded the honorary title of ＂Famous Columns of University Journals of Philosophy ＆ Social Sciences, Ministry of Education＂ and ＂The characteristic Columns of University Journals of Social Sciences in China＂. Although significant achievements have been made in constructing characteristic columns in the university journals of Henan Province, there are still some shortcomings. First, some characteristic columns fail to occupy prominent positions; second, some characteristic columns are more or less similar; third, some have insufficient source of characteristic articles; fourth, some depend too much on the support of external sources. Based on the in- vestigation and study of the university journals of Henan Province, the paper puts forward suggestions on how to strengthen the construction of characteristic columns as follows： building a special column by relying on the strong disciplines of the university; highlighting the characteristics of the university journals in making contri- bution to the local economic, cultural and social development; cultivating a fixed team of authors, and enhancing the continuity and fixity of characteristic columns.
