大学新生学习适应性问题与对策研究:基于自我同一性理论的视角 被引量:5

摘要 自我同一性理论为学习适应性问题的解蔽与澄明提供了新的视角。大学新生学习适应的过程历经自我困惑、自我挣扎、自我回归,最终找寻到自我,达到自我意义上的适应;大学新生的学习适应通过专业认同、组织认同、学术共同体认同,最终实现个体与环境的良性互动;大学新生学习适应的优劣取决于大学生自我同一性的状态,自我同一性形成得越好,其学习适应性也越好。基于自我同一性理论,通过提高大学新生的自我认知、改进学习方法、寻求学业帮助、融入专业文化、做好生涯规划的能力等途径,优化他们的学习适应性。 Self-identity theory provides a new perspective for explaining and clarifying the problems of learning adaptability. College freshmen~ learning adaptability experiences a process of self-confusing, self-struggling self- regressing, self-discovering and ultimately achieves self-adapting. The learning adaptability of college freshmen can realize the positive interaction between the individual and the environment through professional i- dentity, organizational identity and academic community identity. Whether college students can adapt them- selves to learning depends on the status of college students" self identity, and the better their self-identity, the better their learning adaptability. Based on the theory of self-identity, college freshmen's learning adaptability can be optimized by improving their cognitive ability and learning methods, seeking academic help, integrating them into professional culture and making a sound career planning.
