职业人培养在高职院校的路径探究

Exploration on the Path of Vocational Training in Higher Vocational Colleges

在高职院校教育环境下,开展职业人能力培养工作,教师应该针对学生的能力水平开展差异化培养,重点培养学生的信息化职业技能水平。在职业教育能力培养的过程中,强调通过职业软件高强度教学活动的展开,培养既能具备基础理论知识储备,又能够具有较高的软件实操能力的复合型人才。现行的职业教育信息化建设活动中存在一些具体的问题。通过优化教学方式,切实培养学生实践能力与技能水平相结合的能力。本文从高职院校教学模式的特点展开分析,提出几点有利于提高职业人技能水平的可行性措施。

In the higher vocational college education environment, to carry out the work of professional people ability, teachers should carry out differentiated trainings which aim at the level of students＇ ability, focusing on the cultivation of students＇ professional skill level of information technology. In the process of vocational education ability training, the compound talents who both have the basic theoretical knowledge and higher software practical ability should be cultivated through the software vocational high strength teaching activities. There are some concrete problems in the current vocational education information construction activities. The ability of combining practical ability and skill levels should be cultivated through the optimization of teaching methods. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the teaching mode in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some feasible measures to improve the skill level of the professional.
