俄罗斯中小学安全教育及其对我国的启示

安全教育是中小学的重要教育内容,是提升学生全面发展素质的有机组成,日益受到世界各国的密切重视和高度关注。俄罗斯作为最早注重中小学安全教育并付诸实践的国家之一,目前已形成了较为完善的中小学安全教育体系,为我国中小学安全教育提供了学理参考和实践范式。立足我国中小学安全教育的现状,积极吸取俄罗斯的有益经验,应加大安全教育投入,明确安全教育法规;在中小学拓展安全理念,升华安全教育意识;建立学科课程与活动课程相结合的安全教育课程体系;健全整体联动的安全教育网络,切实促进我国中小学安全教育的长效发展。

Safety education which is the important content of the education of primary and secondary schools, and the integral part to improve students＇ comprehensive quality, is increasingly close attention and concern by countries around the world. Russia as the earliest one of the countries paying attention to safety education of primary and secondary schools and putting into practice, has now formed a relatively perfect system of safety education of primary and secondary schools, providing a theoretical reference and practical paradigm for China in the safety education of primary and secondary schools. Basing on the present situation of safety education of primary and secondary schools, and actively learning from the useful experience of Russia, our country should increase investment in safety education, clear safety education laws and regulations; expand the concept of security in schools, sublimation safety awareness; establish safety education curriculum system of combination of subject curriculum and activity curriculum; improve the overall linkage safety education network, To effectively promote long-term development of China＇s safety education of primary and secondary schools.
