从浊毒分期论治非酒精性脂肪性肝病

Staging Treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease from View of Turbidity Toxin

非酒精性脂肪性肝病为多因素共同致病,与糖尿病、冠心病、肥胖等代谢性疾病密切相关。中医学多从浊毒、痞满、痰浊等论治。我们认为,非酒精性脂肪性肝病发病过程中浊毒贯穿始终,且不同时期的病因病机各不相同,呈渐进演变过程。针对不同时期病机特点,早期(血浊内蕴期)重在健脾以化浊,中期(毒损肝络期)清热以解毒,后期(毒瘀互结期)活血以散瘀,体现了辨证论治思路,以达到最佳治疗效果。

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is caused by multi-factors,and is closely related with metabolic diseases,such as diabetes,coronary heart disease and obesity. Chinese medicine mainly treats it from the views of turbidity toxin,distention and fullness,and phlegm turbidity etc. The authors think that turbidity toxin goes through the process of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,with different cause and pathogenesis in different stages,showing a progressive evolution course. Adopting different treating measures based on pathogenesis features in different stages,shows the thought of treating according to syndrome differentiation,in order to achieve the best treating effects.
